Deal Dates reads your Real Broker transactions and emails you one short summary
each morning: what is due, what has gone firm, and which paperwork is still
outstanding. Nothing to check, nothing to log into.

Why it exists
A condition deadline is the cheapest thing in real estate to miss and one of the
most expensive. The dates already live in reZEN — they are just not in front of
you on the morning they matter.
How it works
- You supply your own reZEN API key. It stays yours, and you can
revoke it at any time from Real Broker without asking us.
- Your team is discovered automatically. If your key belongs to a
team lead, everyone on the roster is found — names, ids and addresses. There is
no list to type in, and anyone who would rather not receive it can be excluded.
- Everyone gets their own 6am. Send time follows the recipient, so
a teammate in Vancouver or Halifax gets theirs in their own morning, not yours.
What it does not do
Deal Dates only ever reads from reZEN. It does not create, edit or
terminate transactions, does not touch your commissions, and does not write anything
back. It is an email, not another system to maintain.
It is a reminder, not the source of truth. Every digest says so.
The dates are only as good as what was entered in reZEN, and a contract deadline
should always be confirmed against the contract.
Where it is up to
Deal Dates is in private beta with a small number of Real Broker teams, run by the
people who built it for their own brokerage first. We are onboarding slowly and by
hand, because a tool that states deadlines has to be right before it is big.
